Do you offer in person sessions?

All therapy services are provided through a secure, HIPPA compliant online platform. 
Clients can attend sessions from the comfort of their own homes, reducing the need for travel and making it easier to fit therapy into busy lives. Online therapy provides a sense of privacy and comfort, which can enhance the therapeutic process. By choosing to offer only online therapy, I aim to provide a convenient, accessible, and safe therapeutic experience that can adapt to the diverse needs of my clients.

Do you accept insurance?

My primary goal is to provide you with the highest quality of care and the most personalized therapeutic experience possible. To ensure that I can focus entirely on your needs and provide the best treatment without external constraints, I have made the decision not to accept insurance. Depending on your insurance plan, you may still be able to claim reimbursement for out-of-network services. I provide detailed invoices to facilitate this process. I also accept payments via Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). 

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that in rare circumstances, you may need to cancel an appointment due to an emergency. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible, and at least 24-hours in advance of your appointment so that I can support other clients in need of a session. If there is 24-hour notice, you will not be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. 

How long are therapy sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. 

Couples sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute increments.
